Avenida Baja features a number of shared spaces in our open-air lounge. Curl up with a laptop in our outdoor living room or have a productive group meeting at our conference table. We even provide whiteboards and retreat amenities for group bookings.
swimming pool & hot tub
The climate in Todos Santos can be hot during the day and chilly at night. Our plunge pool is perfect for an afternoon cool off between emails. We are one of the only hotel properties in the area with a piping hot jacuzzi. It’s a perfect place to warm-up after a surf session or al fresco dinner with a dip in our hot tub.
CATERING kitchen
Avenida Baja was designed to accommodate groups, events and retreats. We offer a larger, cafe-style kitchen to accommodate everything from happy hours to catered dinners. Ask us about our acclaimed local chefs and craft cocktail masters.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Almost everything in Todos Santos happens outdoors and Avenida Baja offers plenty of decks and open-air spaces. Grab the yoga mat in your room and stretch out for some sunrise yoga on the roof or curl up with a book in one of our custom rooftop Acapulco chairs.

Avenida Baja prides itself on quality and sustainability. We provide Parachute Home bedding and La Bohemia House custom cool gel memory foam mattresses. We source custom essential-oil shower amenities from our local refill station and help divert ocean bound plastic via a state-of-the-art onsite water filtration system.
WIFI
Avenida Baja has state of the art equipment and internet package provided by Baja Connect with upload and download speeds of up to 50mbps. However, we ask guests to remember that Todos Santos is a small town on a peninsula in Mexico. Once in awhile, we suffer from bandwidth fluctuations or power surges. Feel free to contact us with more specific questions.
HOST A GROUP
Host an incubator, corporate retreat or benchmark birthday at Avenida Baja. Our space is perfectly appointed to accommodate large groups. Guests are provided with plenty of shared spaces for connection and collaboration with private apartments to retire to at the end of each day.
about the founder
Margot Stern grew up in Philadelphia and found her way to Todos Santos, Mexico in 2014 where she helped her friend, Erin launch La Bohemia Baja Hotel Pequeño which remains beloved by travelers from all over the world. A self-proclaimed travel advocate with a naturally social spirit and a tendency to be labeled as “intense,” by laid-back locals, Margot wanted to create something uniquely appropriate for people like herself. Avenida Baja was conceptualized as a place for sojourners who are just as passionate about career aspirations as they are about finding the best fish tacos, sitting in front of a beach bonfire & forging friendships that last a lifetime.
